[Refund Information]
1. Refund application period
* Period: June 7th (Wed) to July 7th (Fri), 2017

2. Refundable
* Refunds only for unused paid caches that were paid through payment

3. Refund Method
  * Reception: Email to help@potluckgames.co.kr
* How to request a game refund downloaded from the Google Play Store
- Subject: [Game name / Google Play] Refund request
- Content: Google Play ID (Gmail), Game Nickname, Game ID, Cacao Membership Number

※ How to check your cacao membership number: KakaoTalk access> More> Settings> Personal / Security> Cacao account> Enter your password> You can check your cacao membership number

4. Refund Policy
1) In-Game Money (Gold) is not included in the refund.
2) The paid cache already used will not be included in the refund.
3) Cases paid through games, events, etc. will not be included in the refund.
4) If you do not apply for a refund within the refund period, you will not be eligible for a refund and your remaining cash balance will be lost.
